SHIPMENT OF ORDERS
As part of the agreement enforced by the present Terms and conditions, we will do our best to process your orders.
Following is how delivery of orders is organized and agreed under the present Terms and conditions.
We inform you that all products on this website are shipped worldwide with DHL EXPRESS that does NOT deliver to PO BOXES.
Please note that Africa Mi Amor ships all international packages “Delivery Duties Unpaid.” This means that all customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not charged by Africa Mi Amor and are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery and are destination-based. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover any additional import duties, customs and taxes.
Except for the case of exceptional circumstances, we will be working towards fulfilling your order for the products listed in the Order Confirmation within 2-3 business days. Then, following an email confirmation to your order, the delivery can be expected within 1-2 working days for Europe, and within 5 working days for all other destinations worldwide.
Africa Mi Amor will notify you by way of email when your goods are to be dispatched to you. The tracking provided by DHL Express will contain details of estimated delivery times in addition to any reasons for a delay in the delivery of the goods purchased by you.
We inform you that we are not to be held responsible for not meeting the above mentioned process and timing in the case of:
- Any special customization of the products
- Special timings such as Discount periods, special celebrations such as Christmas or other national and international special days (May, 1st, December 31st.)
- The delivery address to which we will be delivering the order is the one you acknowledgedly informed us by writing during the online shopping process. We will not take any responsibility for misinformation or wrong data offered by You. According to the present agreement, we will limit our delivery service to three attempts. We reserve the right to contact you through any of the contact means you informed us about in the order and purchase form.
In case the product suffers any damage during the delivery process, please notify us as soon as possible at orders@africamiamor.com. The problem can be sorted with an item replacement or a reimbursement upon review.
For clients living within the European Union countries, there are no customs duties to be paid when buying goods coming from within the European Union. The 21% Spanish Value Added Tax (VAT) is already applied on our prices. For more information, feel free to check the following link.
For the US market, the Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act of 2015 establishes de minimis value at 800 US$” in which shipments with a commercial value of less than US$800 are free of duties and taxes. For more information, feel free to check the following link.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges of unworn products are possible within 14 days of receiving your products. We offer free worldwide returns and exchanges.
For all returns and exchanges inquiries, You are welcome to contact us at orders@africamiamor.com before proceeding to shipment, and We will gladly inform you on the procedures.
If you receive an item that doesn’t match your order in size or color, please contact orders@africamiamor.com to settle the issue.
All returns and exchanges will have to be made with DHL Express to ensure reception back to our warehouse in Madrid (Spain). Africa Mi Amor will also be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your items only on one occasion.
Returns will only be accepted for products in an unworn condition and in their original packages with the dustbags. For the shoes, please try them only on a clean and carpeted surface so that the soles remain unmarked.
Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without the original box may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.
Before your order leaves, our warehouse is fully checked. If you receive an item which is damaged please notify us immediately at orders@africamiamor.com.
When the item in question has been registered as a return, we will cancel or refund your payment. Reimbursement will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase and should be in your account within 2-5 working days.
We always do our best to ensure that your refund reaches you on time, and without delay. An email notification will be sent once the return has been processed. In case of delay in the refund please contact our customer support at orders@africamiamor.com.
Returns received outside thee above time frames will not be accepted
If Africa Mi Amor receives no communication from you, within 14 days of delivery, regarding any problems with the goods, you are deemed to have received the goods in full working order and with no problems.
